if they were amature you can go into there logs and trace their ip address. but you probably wont be able to track them

its very hard to track a hacker so i would not worry about that But! you can improve your security!





First download some anti spyware and scan for any trojan horses, you may have a server on your computer thats sending him data (also known as keylogging)





Password upgrade!


Make sure you have a powerful password lets say your password is happy thats to weak! change the a with an @ symbol (h@ppy) and maybe add a 1 to it (h@ppy1) is a extremely powerful password





Fake Emails


Trojans worms and viruses could be attached to fake emails DONT FALL FOR THESE! its ok to open them but if it has a warning click nothing in the email to prevent trouble!
