How can I protect myself and others, since I didn't send it originally.
Someone is using MY email address to Spam others. I received it myself, but didn't send it. How do I stop it?
If you are pretty sure you do not have trojans sending stuff from your computer , you cannot do anything.
The problem with the emails, is that the sender address is almost never verified, anyone can send mails showing to be anyone else (you can send mails showing as bill.gates@somebigcompany.com).
Anyone else trying to give you a "solution" to our problem would be VERY suspicious.
In a word, just ignore that.
