I just placed an order to fix my xbox. They send they would be sending more information to my email (hopefully they send it to the right email). Is the wait a few hours, or a few days? how does this work?

it might be weeks. microsofts repairing center is really busy knowing about all the problems xbox 360s have had it might take about 3 weeks.
i suggest you email them with your consoles serial number and ask them the status of it. or you can check the status at xbox.com
