How do I access my email account on my new computer?

I recently just moved from my old PC (Windows XP/ Office XP) to my new laptop (Vista/Office 2007).





I have transferred most of my stuff across, but I can't get onto my email account (using Microsoft Outlook)





What do i do?
How do I access my email account on my new computer?
Setup Outlook on the new pc to match what it was on the old.
