How do I have an e-mail address automatically be in my email in Outlook 2003?

I have Outlook 2003.


I need a copy of every e-mail to go to a host e-mail address in our office.


I do alot of e-mails a day.





Is there a way that when a new e-mail is started it will have an e-mail address already in the "cc" section, similar to having a signature automatically in the e-mail.
