Every other day I get an email that's a scam. Usually talking about needing someone to do a money transfer. How do these people get the average joe's email address? When I take a look at the part that says "To" , my address is never in there, it's always left blank. So how does an email get to me that's not even addressed to me?

If you are a "Nerd" like my bright son, they can do anything and that
knowledge can be used to taunt us and it would be exhilarating to them.
In much of my inbox they have my first Name-It is really annoying
because LIKE you read the listing to make sure it is not something
important.

Reply:im not sure,.... but when ever u fill out a membership card/register online, then they sell that info, and thus u might be getting emails from that.. they only thing that u can do (that i kno of) is mark it as spam (and make sure ur Spam filtration is on) and then possible ask someone who is an expert at online stuff.
